Shipping Information :

We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground advantage, generally takes about 3 - 5 business days.

We do our best to get order in the mail the same day if its placed before 10 AM, except the holidays.

Returns & Exchanges :

We hope you are happy with your order; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you!

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive and inspect the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• Unused, shows clear signs of being worn or damaged.

• Return must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Scrunchies

• Final Sale items

• Clearance items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
